    4. SSS Partners LLC has secured financing to complete the Fire N Ice Arena & Hotel in north Phoenix, allowing construction on the long-delayed project at 2727 W. Bronco Butte Trail to resume. Construction was halted for several years following pandemic-related shutdowns but is now underway again, with completion targeted for August 2026.

    5. Greystar has begun pre-leasing Album Surprise, a 4.1-acre, 161-unit 55+ active adult apartment community at 16431 N. Parkview Pl. in downtown Surprise. The development features one- and two-bedroom residences. Move-ins are expected to begin in early 2026.
