Volume was up 66ย percentย month-to-month from $7.3Bย in November in a typical end-of-year spike. Cumulative new business volume for 2020 was down almostย sixย percentย compared to 2019.ย
Receivables over 30 days were 2.20ย percent, down from 2.30ย percentย the previous month and unchanged from the same period in 2019. Charge-offs were 0.59ย percent, down from 0.61ย percentย the previous month and up from 0.51ย percentย in the year-earlier period.ย
Credit approvals totaled 75.2ย percent, up from 70.4ย percentย in November. Total headcount for equipment finance companies was down 4.6ย percentย year-over-year.ย
