ColRich has filed its requests for the first phase of redevelopment to create the Gentry on the Green mixed-use on Hayden and Camelback roads in Scottsdale.
The site is currently occupied by a traditional multifamily complex.
Phase 1 will consist of 16.2 acres while the total redevelopment plan covers 41.5 acres.
Phase 1 will develop 582 apartments and 7.3KSF of commercial area in two sub-phases. Planned amenities include fitness facilities, outdoor courtyards and view decks, among others. (Source)
