A joint venture partnership between real estate investment management company PCCP and real estate and development firm The Dinerstein Companies has announced development plans for Atlas Mesa, a Class-A 394-unit apartment community at the NWC of East Baseline Road and South Sunview.
The site is adjacent to A.T. Still University and just east of Banner Gateway Medical Center.
Atlas Mesa will have a studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 562SF to 1,394SF. Spanning 9.83 acres and totaling 400KSF, the property will consist of four four-story buildings served by elevators and a leasing and amenity building surrounding the project’s primary outdoor pool area. Amenities include an outdoor pool with a spa, clubhouse and co-working spaces. Additional smaller outdoor amenity spaces will be spread throughout the site.
The joint venture plans to break ground on the LEED-certified property in late July 2023 with initial occupancy slated for Q1 2025 and final completion scheduled for late 2025.
