2. Mark-Taylor Companies has launched Mark Taylor Consulting, also known as MTC. MTC’s initial consulting offerings include multifamily metrics, pre-development consulting, marketing, branding & design services and public relations.
3. Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc. was acquired by Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. With the acquisition, previous EEC leaders Bill Carroll, Carrie Côté and Ryan Stucki will be joining CEC as vice presidents and Dan Cleland will join as a principal.
4. Cooper Aerial Surveys Co. announced it has entered into a joint venture with SAM Companies. While not a merger or acquisition, Cooper Surveying & Mapping JV (Cooper SMJV) is intended to leverage SAM Companies’ augmented resources and expertise while retaining Cooper Aerial’s Small Business Administration accreditation.
5. Diversified Partners has announced it will relocate into a new 7.5KSF headquarters to accommodate its growth and portfolio expansion. The company is transforming the former Scottsdale Fire Station No. 3. Not including Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, the reuse project is estimated at $1.2M, designed by RKAA and executed by Canyon West. Completion is expected in approximately 30 days.

6. Tim Brislin at Harvard Investments has been promoted to President from Senior VP. Craig Krumwiede, who held the title of President and CEO will continue to serve as CEO.
7. Dan Morrison has been promoted to Associate at Nelsen Partners Architects and Planners.
8. Lee & Associates Arizona has promoted Nick Whitehouse to Associate.

9. Jim Bulsiewicz has joined by Evergreen Devco as VP to lead the Arizona Multifamily business line.
10. Keeley Construction Group has hired Gonzo Gonzales to serve as the company’s Regional Director of Building & Industrial.
11. HPA Design Group has hired Kylie Bush as Business Developer, Mountain West Region. Working out of the firm’s Costa Mesa office, her representation includes Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
