1. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties raised nearly $10K in partnership with The Sunshine Kids at its inaugural golf tournament in Scottsdale. The money raised is used to assist children in Arizona who are battling cancer through experiences including trips and group activities.

2. Paradise Valley Town Council appointed Bob Brown to the Planning Commission with a term ending March 2026. This new appointment will create a vacancy on the Board of Adjustment, where Brown served for two years.

3. After several years of working in the Phoenix market, Clune Construction has officially opened a local office. Jeremy Stanek and Adam Wojack will co-lead the new office, with both serving as General Manager/Senior VP.
4. VLMK Engineering + Design has opened an office in metro Phoenix. The Phoenix office will be managed by senior principals Kevin Kaplan and Jason Sahlin.
5. Orcutt | Winslow announced the opening of a seventh office location. The new office is in Lexington, Ky. and will focus primarily on design services for the healthcare industry.

6. Sundt Construction announced the promotion of Stefanie Teller to Senior VP and Chief Communications Officer.
7. PCL Construction recently promoted two members. Josh Tomita was promoted to Area Manager of the Civil Infrastructure Division and Ray Torrejon was promoted to Manager, Special Projects of the Civil Infrastructure Division.
8. Colin Hanson of CVL Consultants recently passed his technical registration exams and earned the title of Professional Landscape Architect. He also was promoted to Project Manager.
