1. Caliber Companies Inc. disclosed in a Sept. 29 Securities and Exchange Commission filing it intends to go public, offering shares of common stock on the NASDAQ exchange at an expected initial offering price of $5.50/share. The company’s ticker symbol will be CWD.
2. Kimley-Horn announced the Pangolin Structural, LLC team has joined its Phoenix office. Established in 2014 as a full-service structural design and consulting firm, Pangolin Structural is led by partners Crystal Blanton, Pamela Singleton, and Jeffrey Novak.
3. Phoenix West Commercial – a family-run, full service real estate brokerage – is celebrating its 10th year in business. Starting with a focus on West Valley opportunities, the company has grown to expand its services to Metro Phoenix, Yuma, Flagstaff and Casa Grande and looks to continue expanding its footprint in the East Valley.
4. The Oro Valley Town Council has directed staff to choose a recruitment firm and begin a national search for a new town manager following the Sept. 23 resignation of Mary Jacobs. Jacobs had been town manager since 2017.
5. DBM Global has relocated its headquarters and is now in the Biltmore Lakes office building on East Camelback Road. Square footage for the new location was not disclosed. The lease was managed by Kevin Calihan, Tim Kempton and Tripp Anderson of CBRE.

6. Lloyd Abrams has been appointed to serve as Community Development Director for the City of Surprise. Abrams had served as Assistant Director of the Community Planning Department since 2014.
7. Kathy Moore has been promoted to Director of Operations at PIVIUM.
8. Brenda Byers has been promoted to VP of Preconstruction for Renewable Energy & Storage at McCarthy Building Companies.
9. Ernie Jackson has been promoted to Associate Director of Management at Ryan Companies US, Inc. In his new role, Jackson will be responsible for supporting real estate managers in Ryan’s Southwest region.
