1. Terracon has recognized Donald R. Clark – a Senior Principal and Senior Consultant in the Phoenix office – for his 30th anniversary with the company and 50 years as a consultant. Clark established Terracon’s Denver and Phoenix offices. He has also mentored many Terracon employees over the years both in Arizona and across the country.

2. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport was recently recognized by the Airport Council International’s Airport Carbon Accreditation Program. Phoenix Sky Harbor received the Level 4 “Transformation” rating for reporting year 2021. Phoenix Sky Harbor is currently the only airport in the U.S. to have achieved the Transformation certification, and only one of three airports in the U.S to have achieved the Level 4/4+ rating tier.
3. Lucas Construction Group recently opened an Arizona office, compiling a team of industry veterans with more than 125 years of combined experience and focusing on the region’s multifamily and senior healthcare construction sector.

4. Gilbane Building Company has announced the promotion of Dan Keaveney to VP – Area Manager for Arizona. Keaveney has been with Gilbane for more than 15 years and is stepping in after the retirement of John Clays, who was with Gilbane for 34 years and led the Arizona office for the last five.
5. Terracon has announced the promotion of Matt Valenti to Senior Associate.
