2. As it celebrates its 40th anniversary, Sigma Contracting, Inc., continues to show its diversity in building and renovating projects around Arizona and the Southwest. Sigma Contracting was founded in 1983 and is licensed in nine Southwestern states. For 40 years, Sigma has been the turnkey contractor or project manager for more than 1,000 construction projects including hospitals, medical office buildings, multifamily, schools, public venues, retail, industrial, banks, office buildings, and municipal facilities.

The AZ Division of Sanders & Wohrman Corporation, a Painting, Caulking, and Coatings subcontractor, has relocated its headquarters from Gilbert to a recently constructed build-to-suit facility in Chandler off Elliot Rd. The 20KSF building is comprised of 15KSF of warehouse and 5KSF of office space. Additionally, there is 60KSF of enclosed yard storage.
