    Giving Back

    1. Willmeng Construction, Inc. recently held the 4th Annual Builders Cup, hosting 150 clients. The winning team consisted of Bruce Scott, Brad Hoeder, Beer Kalub and Spencer Nast. The charity golf event raised more than $200K in support of Treasure House, a Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation that serves as a home for adults with developmental disabilities.

    2. Arizona Masonry Council honored Martin Martinez with the 2024 Clem Hellmann Leadership Award at its annual meeting. The award recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the masonry community through leadership and involvement in initiatives that have resulted in industry-wide impact and is representative of the highest level of leadership and involvement.

    New Hires

    3. Diversified Partners has hired Dr. Ruth Brown as Partner and leader of the company’s new residential fix-and-flip program. Brown will oversee projects in Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Aspen, Colo.

    4. Stephen Huey has joined Kitchell Development Company as Director of Development.

    5. Kinsale Realty Group, LLC has hired Tammy Sidles as Director of Property Management.

    6. W.E. O’Neil Construction announced three new hires. Sharla Taylor has joined the company as Senior Project Manager, Brian Molnar as Project Superintendent and Riley Long as Project Engineer.

    7. Achen-Gardner Construction has hired Kyle Kaiser as Project Manager and Aundreya Kraus as Estimating Engineer.

    8. Terracon Consultants Inc. has hired Philip Loftis as Natural Resources Group Manager, Dave Bustoz as Senior Archaeologist and Annie McCawley as Environmental Senior Staff Scientist.
