1. Jennifer Lindley, the Downtown Development Manager for the Town of Queen Creek, was selected to head the Executive Committee of the Arizona Association for Economic Development. She has worked with Queen Creek’s economic development department since 2014. Her term with AAED began June 1.

2. The Healthcare Real Estate Services team at Kidder Mathews has surpassed $100M in sales and completed 100 lease and sale transactions year-to-date. The team consists of Aneesa Daas, Michael Dupuy, Emily Ernst, Perry Gabuzzi, Rachael Thompson, Fletcher Perry, Chad Sutton and Zack Harris.
3. Provident Industrial announced the opening of a new regional office in Phoenix. Its new office, led by Steven Nemer, is at the Biltmore Center and will support the development and management of Provident’s Phoenix portfolio.
Promotions
4. Burns & McDonnell announced it promoted Josh Ahrens and Brandon Graves. Ahrens was promoted to lead the Power Group in the Southwest Region. He originally joined the company in 2006. Graves will now be leading both the Transmission & Distribution and Construction groups in the Southwest Region. He originally joined the company in 2016.
New Hires
5. Sundt Construction has added Caroline Pernat as a Business Development Representative in the firm’s Transportation Group. Based in Phoenix, she will support municipal outreach and proposal efforts across the region. Pernat previously worked in the Office of the President at Arizona State University and holds a degree from ASU’s Barrett Honors College.
6. Scott Baumgarten has joined CBRE in Phoenix as Senior VP. He brings 22 years of experience in office leasing, investment sales, land sales and tenant representation, and most recently worked at Transwestern.
7. Matt Williams joined Burns & McDonnell as its new Practice Manager for the Environmental Services Group in the Southwest Region. Williams previously managed complex environmental and water infrastructure projects for a range of clients. He will lead a team in permitting, cultural resources and environmental compliance.
