    Company News

    4. Mazzon Industries has launched Ally, a vendor concierge service for property management firms. This program will have the ability to manage, grow and perform across the portfolio of buildings the firms oversee. Ally will streamline site visits, reporting, COIs, building emergencies and invoices.

    5. MEB Management Services and Weller Management announced they have merged to become Bryten Real Estate Partners. The new national company will have headquarters in Phoenix, Tucson, Denver and Saint Petersburg and will serve 11 states nationwide.

    Promotions

    6. Katie Wilken has been selected as Director of Development Services after 18 years working at the City of Goodyear. Before her promotion, Wilken served as Interim Director.

    7. Big-D Companies has promoted Laura Shivers to VP of Marketing and Business Development.

    8. Concord General Contracting, Inc. has promoted seven members within the company. They are:

    • Matt Beaver, Stacey Scott and Kevin Illige have been promoted to Project Directors;
    • Kolton Day has been promoted to Project Manager;
    • Robert Florez has been promoted to Senior Superintendent;
    • Brian Neitz was promoted to Warranty Superintendent, and
    • Macie Chavez was promoted to Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

    New Hires

    9. Kelle Rice has joined NAI Horizon as the firm’s Director of Operations. Rice will be responsible for a strategic plan highlighted by operational and recruiting growth, building its property management division and enhancing client/property-marketing services.

    10. SDB recently hired Chuck Watson as Project Manager in the Heavy Civil Division. Watson has more than two decades of Job Order Contracting experience and has earned his JOC certification.
