3. CBRE Investment Portfolio management has assumed property management services for Brookfield Properties’ U.S. office portfolio. Under the newly announced partnership, CBRE and Brookfield plan to deliver comprehensive management services for Brookfield’s 65MSF of office space in the U.S.
4. JE Dunn Construction celebrated its 100th anniversary. The Centennial is hosted across its 26 offices nationwide. JE Dunn Construction has had its Arizona presence for nearly 20 years.

5. Terracon Consultants has promoted two of its members. Jennifer Thies was promoted to Principal after Derek Koller was promoted to Senior Principal.
