1. Information Management Network recognized Lifestyle Homes as the architect, engineer and construction service company of the year during a dinner at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Lifestyle Homes focuses on Build-to-Rent communities in Arizona and has completed more than 2,000 homes.
2. Trend Report announced the recipients of its 2024 Best-in-Class Broker Awards. The awards recognize professionals performing at the highest levels in commercial real estate in Pima County. Trend Report’s 2024 Best-in-Class Brokers are:

Boards & Commissions
3. The Coconino County Planning and Zoning Commission elected Tyanna Burton to take over as commission chair after previous chair, Tammy Ontiveros, resigned. Burton was previously the vice chair and will be replaced by Commissioner Rob Wilson.
Promotions
4. Colliers Engineering & Design announced several promotions in Arizona for 2025. Daniel Johnson was promoted to Principal Associate.

5. Ivan Gonzalez has been promoted to Manager at Gammage & Burnham. Gonzalez focuses on commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate and construction matters in both state and federal courts.
New Hires
6. Sundt Construction’s Transportation Group recently added Design Manager Paul Dickman. Dickman will support project pursuits and ongoing alternative delivery projects, beginning with Sundt’s I-10 Reconstruction project between Kino Parkway and Country Club Road in Tucson. Dickman has more than 38 years of experience in civil transportation engineering.
