    Sales Transactions

    1. Cushman & Wakefield has advised the $109.2M sale of a fully leased 730.8KSF big-box distribution building on more than 46 acres in Goodyear. Lakin Park Building 1A was acquired by BentallGreenOak. The seller was the joint venture of Clarius Partners, LLC and Walton Street Capital. Will Strong, Greer Oliver, and Connor Nebeker-Hay of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group represented the seller. Mike Haenel and Andy Markham also provided leasing advisory.

    2. KKR & Co. Inc. has purchased the two-building, 633.3KSF industrial property 101 at Van Buren in Avondale for $91.8M. The development was recently completed by a joint venture between Seefried Industrial Properties and a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital.

    3. Steve Gebing, Hamid Panahi and Clint Wadlund of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented seller Greenwater Investments in the $58.24M sale of the 224-unit apartment community Villas Los Limones in Phoenix. The buyer was Rincon Partners.

    4. Vintage Partners recently sold a 37.43-acre site near I-10 and Twin Peaks Road in Tucson to TMC Holdings (Tucson Medical Center) for slightly more than $16M. Vintage Partners was represented by Buzz Isaacson of Buzz Isaacson Realty. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented TMC Holdings.

    5. Mike Parker of CBRE represented seller Phoenix Plastics Products and buyer Bio Huma Netics, Inc. in the $10.5M sale of a 40.2KSF warehouse building on 3.3 acres at 3001 S. Wilson Street in Tempe.

    6. ZFI, LLC purchased The Casitas on Country Club, a 24-unit, 10.8KSF investment apartment property at 1340-1390 N. Country Club Road in Tucson. The property was purchased from Casitas On Country Club, LLC for $2.72M. Allan Mendelsberg and Conrad Joey Martinez with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented both parties.

    Lease Transactions

    7. Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a long-term lease for nearly 23KSF in the Papago Plaza redevelopment project in south Scottsdale. Judi Butterworth, Carol Schillne and Cole Schillne of ORION Investment Real Estate represented owner Pivot Development. The leasing, design and construction of the Papago Plaza redevelopment is represented by Evolve Ventures.

    8. NAI Horizon’s Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the tenant, LE NID Consortium International, Inc., in a 60-month office sub-lease for 16.7KSF at 6991 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix. The sublessor, SiSense, was represented by Chris Nord with Cushman & Wakefield.

    9. NAI Horizon’s Laurel Lewis and Dylan Whitwer represented the landlord, Solera Health Inc., in a 52-month office sub-lease for 19.3KSF at 111 W. Monroe, Phoenix. The tenant, Naphcare Inc., was represented by Bill Zurek with Transwestern.
