1. Tides Equities LLC sold The Tides on Country Club, a 582-unit apartment community in Mesa, for $118.5M. The buyer was an entity traced to Geringer Capital.
2. YAM Properties sold Village Center, a 160KSF, Target-anchored shopping center in Phoenix, for $26.6M. Paradise Palm Plaza LLC was the buyer.
3. ABI Multifamily announced the $15.75M sale of The Ivy off Central Apartments, an 80-unit multifamily apartment community in Phoenix. The undisclosed buyer and seller were represented by ABI’s Phoenix-based Institutional Arizona Team—Alon Shnitzer, Rue Bax, Eddie Chang and Doug Lazovick.
4. Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House with Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office represented the seller in the $3.925M sale of a 4.5KSF Hawaiian Bros, located at 203 S. Wilmot Road in Tucson. The sale includes a 15-year absolute NNN lease.
5. ABI Multifamily announced the $2.825M sale of The Hardy, a 12-unit multifamily apartment community in Tempe. ABI’s Mitchell Drake, Dallin Hammond and Carson Griesemer represented the undisclosed buyer and seller.

6. United Foods International has leased 126KSF at Envision Dobbins 202 West Industrial Park in Phoenix. IDM Companies is the developer.
7. Jeffrey Garza Walker of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, CPLC (Chicanos Por La Causa) Pickle House, LLC, in the lease of CPLC Pickle House Makerspace Business Incubator, a 13.1KSF retail space in Phoenix. Garza Walker also represented the tenant, Archwood Community Resource Empowerment Strategy (ACRES).
