    Sales Transactions

    1. Knightvest Capital acquired Avana Desert View, a 412-unit apartment community at 17030 N. 49th St. in Scottsdale. The property last sold in 2019 for $96M. The property, which includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 933SF, will undergo renovations to interiors and amenities.

    2. Camelback Collective, a four-story office building located at 2801 E. Camelback Road, was sold by Humphreys Capital. Koelbel & Co. purchased the property for $48.3M. JLL’s Will Mast, Ben Geelan, Charlie von Arentschildt, Jack Miler and Gigi Martin represented Humphreys.

    3. Power Road-Williams Field, LLC acquired an 8.1KSF retail property at 2960 N. Campbell Ave. in Tucson for $8.3M. The fully leased building houses the restaurants Doughbird and Flower Child under long-term triple-net leases.

    4. Komatsu America Corp. acquired the 21.8KSF industrial facility at 3285 E. 44th St. in Tucson for $3.1M. The property, previously operated by a Core Machinery and Komatsu hybrid dealership, is now a fully integrated Komatsu-owned location and part of the purchase of six Core Machinery sites in the Southwest.

    5. Cushman & Wakefield advised the sale of a vacant 75KSF Class A industrial building on 6.4 acres at 10950 W. Northview Ave. in Glendale. GO Industrial acquired the property from Realterm for an undisclosed amount. The facility includes a 1.2-acre yard, 22-ft clear height and dock-high loading. Cushman & Wakefield will also handle leasing services.

    Lease Transactions

    6. Olstrom Custom Coach Inc. sublet nearly 14KSF of industrial space at 1402 E. Benson Hwy. in Tucson from Reading Asset I, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s Alex Demeroutis and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.’s Matthew Schiffler represented the landlord.

    7. Delivery Solutions of America leased 11.4KSF of industrial space at Broadbent Interstate Center, 2165 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 103 in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner, LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.
