Sales Transactions

1. Crane Capital acquired The Retro on 32nd Street, a 64-unit multifamily property in Phoenix, for $8.3M from Bellbrook 32 LLC. Northmarq represented the seller. The property is at 3025 N. 32nd St.
2. A Tucson McDonald’s at 6105 E. Broadway Blvd. was sold in a triple net lease with McDonald’s for $3.7M. The property, located at the corner of Broadway Blvd. and Wilmot Road, was bought and sold by undisclosed parties located in California. Renovations are currently underway and are expected to finish by the end of the year.
3. The Oracle Gateway office building at 3870 N. Oracle Road near the NEC of Oracle Road and Pastime Road in Tucson was sold to Spotted Fawn LLC. Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC’s Craig Finfrock represented the seller, 3838 Oracle Plaza Joint Venture LLC. The buyer was self-represented.
