1. Leon Capital Group’s subsidiary Leon Multifamily, represented by CBRE, sold Soltra Kierland, a 202-unit apartment complex in Scottsdale, for $107.5M. The buyer was a private investor. The sale was the highest price per unit for a multifamily sale in Metro Phoenix since 2022. The property is located at 7111 E. Tierra Buena Lane.
2. Christiansen Ventures LLC recently bought the 280-unit multifamily community Broadstone Uptown PHX for $87M. The seller was Alliance Residential Company, which CBRE represented. CBRE also arranged financing for the buyer. Broadstone Uptown PHX is located at 500 W. Camelback Road.
3. 3560 W. Happy Valley Road, a 2.1KSF building currently leased to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, recently sold to James A Placek and Geraldine A Placek, Co-Trustees of the Placek Family Trust of October 11, 1988. Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. 35th & Happy Valley LLC, represented by Phoenix Commercial Advisors, sold the property for $2.2M.

4. Air20 Cooling LLC recently signed a 184.4KSF lease at Deer Valley 30in north Phoenix. The industrial park is located at 1300 W. Alameda Road. Deer Valley 30 was represented by Blake Peters, Chris McClurg, Jake Sims and Ken McQueen of Lee and Associates.
