Sales Transactions

1. JLL and HJS Sims arranged $249.7M in bond financing for Integrated Senior Foundation’s senior housing portfolio throughout Arizona and California. The portfolio totals 430 units and includes financing for a 102-unit new development in Buckeye—Ativo of Sundance. The purchase included Ativo Senior Living of Yuma at 10565 S. Commercial Centre Loop in Yuma. The property consists of 79 units.
2. Blackstone sold Arches at Hidden Creek to Brookfield Properties for $95.4M. The 25.3-acre apartment complex is in Chandler at 1586 W. Maggio Way.
3. Copper Point, a 93.3KSF medical outpatient facility, was acquired by Transwestern Investment Group and its joint venture operating partner RX Health & Science Trust for $36M. The property is located at 3530 S. Val Vista Dr. and is 87% leased to 13 tenants.
4. The Sundt Companies, Inc. purchased two industrial buildings at 9538 E. Old Vail Road in Tucson for $22M. The two buildings total 96.7KSF and will be occupied by Sundt. Diamond Ventures affiliate, Old Vail Partners, sold the property. Both parties were self-represented.
5. Riverview, LLC. sold an approximately 422-acre land parcel in Coolidge to Newcastle Development LLC. for $7.6M. The property is located at Skousen Road and Highway 87. The seller was represented by Kidder Mathews.
6. A private investment group purchased a Tucson multi-property medical investment portfolio from an undisclosed investment REIT for $6.2M. The portfolio totals 42.7KSF. It consists of multiple leased medical buildings at 4892 N. Stone Ave. and the Green Valley Medical Mall at 1055 N. La Canada Dr. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s Thomas J. Nieman and Bryce Horner represented the seller.
7. TIA-Real Estate, an affiliate of and represented by Venture West Real Estate Services in Tucson, sold 450 W. Continental Road to Page Holdings, LLC. for $2.6M. The property is a 7.2KSF medical building leased to Radiology Limited and was sold as an investment property. The buyer was represented by SVN/Desert Commercial Advisors. The property was acquired as part of a 1031 exchange.
