Doug Ducey on Tuesday announced a plan he says wouldĀ “reverse Recession-era cuts” to Arizona school funding and help settleĀ a $1B lawsuit over a decade of cuts to school capital funding. That includes changing the rules that govern them and restricting them. Conservatives at the Legislature have been scrutinizing and targeting tax breaks called Government Property Lease Excise Taxes.
