Matthew J. Kosednar, AIA is a Partner and Senior Project Architect at Allen + Philp Architects/Interiors. Matt has held senior positions on numerous projects within Allen+Philp over the past 15 years – some of our largest and most complex work has been completed under Matt’s capable guidance. Matthew’s versatility and project leadership adds a very unique and client-focused aspect to each project, allowing the client to benefit from a fully integrated team throughout the duration of the project. His ability to assess a situation and make comprehensive, proactive decisions during the design process and throughout construction benefits both ownership and the contractor. Among Matt’s talents is the ability to reach out to stakeholders within a project and support and help guide them through the complexities of aligning design with documents, budget and construction. He is well-versed in the technical aspects of working with governmental bodies to achieve timely permitting and approvals.
