3. Cushman & Wakefield plc this week announced the closing of its initial public offering of 45,000,000 of its ordinary shares, at a price to the public of $17/share. The underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 6,750,000 ordinary shares from Cushman & Wakefield. The total IPO size was 51,750,000 shares. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the symbol “CWK.”
4. Dibble Engineering recently opened a new office in Mesa at 1630 S. Stapley Drive, Suite 12. The new office will help accommodate the company’s rapid growth and leverage it with the economic development in the East Valley.

6. W.E. O’Neil Construction Co. of Arizona announced the promotion of Jason Jordan to General Superintendent. Jordan joined the firm earlier this year as a Senior Project Superintendent.
7. RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture has announced the promotion of Brittany Geist to Project Director in its Tempe office.

9. W.E. O’Neil announced the addition of David McDermed to its team of construction professionals. McDermed will serve in the role of Senior Superintendent in the Phoenix office.
