The next development in the Cavasson master-planned area in north Scottsdale could be a 136-unit luxury townhome community from Toll Brothers.
The developer has requested approval from the Scottsdale Development Review Board for a proposal to build Toll at Cavasson on 11.27 acres in the Cavasson mixed-use area at Loop 101 and Hayden Road.
The for-sale units would have a site density of 12.07 units/acre, far less than the 25 unit/acre functional limit that has been the standard under the City of Scottsdale General Plan 2035.
According to the submitted narrative, “The Property is in the northern quadrant of the Cavasson Master Plan, which consists of mixed-use Nationwide Insurance offices, Choice Hotels International offices, and Hilton at Cavasson along the Loop 101. The parcel immediately north of the Property is slated for multifamily residential (Grayhawk Residences at Cavasson) and was approved in by the DRB in February 2022.”
Project documents show the townhome community is centered around a recreational amenity, and each residence will have its own private outdoor living space. Each unit will also have a private two-bay garage.
Toll Brothers is the developer. The design firm is Woodley Architectural Group, Inc. Hubbard Engineering is the civil engineer, and Collaborative-V Design Studio is the landscape architect. No meetings or hearings have been scheduled yet.
