Giving Back
1. The Rosendin Foundation celebrated its partnership with Valley nonprofits with a collection of $50K in grants. Some of the grants include: $15K to Save the Family Foundation, $15K to Future for KIDS, $10K to Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. and $10K to Lifeology AZ, Inc. Since the start of The Rosendin Foundation, it has donated more than $1.87M to nonprofit organizations.
2. Canyon State Electric donated 317 Lego sets to Phoenix Children’s. This is the third year of the Lego Drive.
3. Brycon donated more than $13,700 to 15 families, including 39 children, to supply gifts and essential items for the families through the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Transplant Unit.

4. Chad Constance, Tom Hughes and Carlie Cook at Rosendin were recently recognized at the Arizona Builders Alliance luncheon in Scottsdale. The three members graduated from the leadership program.
5. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR was honored at Tucson’s Top Workplace Celebration at Savory Opera House. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR received the Top Workplace Award and the 2023 Direction Award.
Boards & Commissions
6. Pinal County Board of Supervisors voted for the County to join the nonprofit economic development group Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Several municipalities within the county—including Casa Grande, Queen Creek, Apache Junction and Maricopa—are already members.
Company News
7. Founder Sergio Oliden has stepped aside as President and Partner at Ethos Engineering. Pancho Garza has assumed the President’s position. Oliden remains active within the company and has transitioned to the role of Structures Section Manager. Daniel Fréchette and Jesse Huston have both been transitioned to Partner.
8. In its inaugural year, Streamline Capital Group acquired nearly $9M and 60KSF of real estate. For 2024, Streamline Capital Group, along with Streamline Development and Streamline Asset Management, will rebrand as The Streamline Companies and has a goal of raising $15M to acquire five-to-six additional properties.
9. The City of El Mirage opened its first Parks and Recreation Department and hired Sean VonRoenn to serve as Director.

10. Tower Capital promoted George Maravilla from Senior VP to Partner.
11. CBRE promoted Tim Healy to Senior VP at the Tucson office.
12. Sundt Construction, Inc. has promoted Jenny Browne from Business Development Representative to Proposal Manager.

13. Debt and structured finance expert Anthony Valenzuela joined Newmark as Executive Managing Director.
14. McShane Construction Company hired Scott Salyer as VP & Regional Manager in the firm’s Southwest Office.
15. Brian Goodwin has been hired by Clayco as VP in the Residential Business Unit.
