2. MFRG-ICON Construction announced the rebranding of the company to ICON National. ICON National has offices in Scottsdale, Ariz. and Nashville, Tenn. and is comprised of more than 100 team members.
3. Real estate crowdfunding company Neighborhood Ventures announced the launch of NV REIT, its first nationwide offering providing real estate investment opportunities to individual investors of all income levels, whether accredited or not. Prior to this launch, NV project participation had been limited to residents of Arizona. The company uses a crowdfunding model to purchase and develop multifamily properties.
4. HomeSmart has acquired Atlanta-based Source Real Estate Companies. The deal brings Scottsdale-based HomeSmart’s nationwide agent count to nearly 4,050 and adds a sales volume of $4.55B.

5. SmithGroup recently made two promotions in its Phoenix office. Lowell Manalo has been promoted to Principal, Plumbing Discipline Leader, and Bianca Jimenez has been promoted to Principal, Electrical Engineer.
6. Ryan Boyle has been promoted to VP in the Phoenix investment sales office at Northmarq.
New Hires
7. Transwestern recently announced two new hires in its Phoenix office. Paul Borgesen III has joined as Senior VP and Dylan Sproul as VP. Both will serve on the company’s Capital Markets and National Net Lease | Sale Leaseback team.
8. Meghann Duran has joined Lamar Johnson Collaborative as Senior Associate.
9. Brianna Nessler has been hired as VP of Marketing and Strategy at Symmetry Companies.
