The Mesa Design Review Board agenda for this week featured plans for two new industrial parks near Pecos and Sossaman roads in the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport area.
CV Mesa Germann Industrial Park will total more than 600KSF of office and warehouse in six buildings on 38 acres. Documents identify AEI Arizona Oz Fund Inc. – an associate entity of Abington Emerson Investments – as the owner.
NOTE: Documents on file with the City of Mesa show developer Cityview as the ownership entity. A search of Maricopa County Assessor records shows the LLC with addresses for both Cityview and Abington Emerson Investments. For purposes of this project, City View will be listed as the owner in both the On The Job and DATABEX entries.
North of that site, owners Pecos 2005 LLC and Fiaba Enterprises Inc. have plans for another 600KSF-plus office/warehouse project in four buildings on 39 acres to be named the Pecos Gateway Industrial Complex. The conceptual rendering also identifies developer Logistics Property Company. (Source)
