Transwestern Real Estate Services has announced the rebranding and upcoming renovations to 201 E. Washington in downtown Phoenix.
Purchased by Sumitomo Corporation of Americas in late 2019 and formerly known as Collier Center, the 613.4KSF high-rise will undergo a $10M capital improvement program and be reintroduced as 201 E. Washington.
Specific upgrades include a new tenant amenity lounge, conference center with meeting rooms, library, event space, and bike storage room. Additionally, a resort-style fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a group fitness studio, and full locker rooms will be added.
Completion is expected by the fourth quarter. (Source)
