    3. BMC Capital, a Dallas-based lender and mortgage firm, is opening an office in Phoenix and adding commercial real estate financing to their list of services.

    New Hires

    4. BEX is excited to welcome Jeffrey Huff to the team as Market Researcher, where he will focus on maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on private projects in the Database. Jeffrey comes to BEX with a background in the plumbing industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northern Arizona University, Jeffrey brings a drive for detail, positive attitude and tenacity to the team to keep the Database moving forward. Jeffrey was excited to trade Flagstaff for the warmer weather of the valley, bringing his wife and four furry kids along for the journey. He is an avid reader of Sci-fi, and has a love-hate relationship with the novel Snow Crash.

    5. TEPCON Construction has announced the addition of Dianna Reyes, Project Coordinator, to their team.

    6. Archer Western has recently hired Senior Estimator Eric Vechan, PhD, CPC, ENV SP, and Project Superintendent Jason Kelly to their Arizona regional office.

    7. Brandon Bell has joined Balfour Beatty US’ Arizona Office. Brandon will leverage his 19 years in the construction industry and local Arizona market knowledge to help grow and guide the office.
