Groundbreakings
2. Stevens-Leinweber Construction has broken ground on two new Class A spec industrial buildings that will open a new section of the Merit Partners PV 303 mega park in Goodyear. The new project will add 880KSF of new space to the park.
3. Following years of preparation and debate, clearing and grubbing work has begun on the Arizona side of the $56M-plus Laughlin-Bullhead City Bridge, the second public bridge to connect the two cities across the Colorado River.
4. Groundbreaking took place this week to build a two-bay hangar to serve the needs of the Special Operations Aviation Command flight detachment at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground.

8. Legacy Sports’ $250M-plus, 320-acre Bell Bank Park multisport complex in Mesa is scheduled for a January 7th opening.

9. LGE Design/Build Group has completed a rooftop addition to the 9KSF Bottled Blonde location it built in Scottsdale in 2015. The rooftop adds 1,900SF to the existing building and features games, outdoor seating and more.
