Sales Transactions
1. RecNation LLC has paid $6.3M for the 11-acre, 303-space RecNation RV and Boat Storage at 6455 S. Wilmot Road in Tucson. The seller was original developer SimonCRE. Both parties self-represented.
2. Olive Tree Apts LLC purchased Olive Tree Apartments, 16KSF investment property at 1841 S. Irving Ave. in Tucson. The 20-unit apartment was purchased from 1841 S Irving LLC for $2M. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented both parties.
Lease Transactions
3. Equality Health has committed to a 10-year lease for approximately 150KSF at the Riverwalk in Scottsdale on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. The company will first occupy roughly half the space and then expand to meet future needs. Equality Health was represented by Jonathan Keyser of Keyser Commercial Real Estate. Landlord Forum Capital was represented by Scott Baumgarten of Transwestern.
4. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate announced a lease for 17.9KSF in Interstate Commerce Park to Wolfgang’s Cooling & Heating. The property is located at 2441 W. Erie Drive in Tempe and owned by ICC Tempe, LLC.
5. CND Life Sciences has established its new headquarters at the Pima Center, where it is leasing 15KSF space at 9165 E. Del Camino Dr. The space is also home to the company’s commercial and research and development laboratories.
