A 209-room hotel could be the next hospitality and lodging project to go up in Glendale’s Westgate entertainment district.
NCG Hospitality is planning the seven-story Moxy Hotel by Marriott at the NWC of Maryland and 95th avenues where it already has three hotels in operation.
Along with its 209 guest rooms, the 95.6KSF hotel will include a resort-style pool, bars and an outdoor patio. Plans also call for rooftop bars or restaurants, a rarity in the Westgate area.
Project representatives say site work could begin early next year, with vertical construction starting next summer. Opening would be targeted for the latter half of 2026.
The design firm is PK Architects, and no general contractor has been selected yet. (Source)
