The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board has recommended approval for a request to rezone a 5.7-acre property near Greenfield and McDowell roads for development of a 78.4KSF light industrial project.
Equipment manufacturer and supplier Western Semi Solutions had requested a zoning change from Light Industrial to Light Industrial with a Planned Area Development overlay.
Plans call for a shell building with a height of 40 feet. Truck docks and a loading area will be located on the west side of the building and an eight-foot masonry wall will screen the site from the public. Access to the location will be via McDowell Road.
Western Semi Solutions is the developer. The property is currently owned by the Stephen M. Javinett Living Trust. ADM Group is the design firm. (Source)
