DSW Commercial Real Estate has acquired 6.1 acres at 4400 S. Mission Road in Tucson for a new workforce-affordable housing development under its La Vida brand.
The firm paid $960K for the site.
DSW is planning 68 units with six two-story and five one-story buildings. All units will have three bedrooms. The site will also include verandas and open space recreation areas.
The acquisition was spearheaded by DSW’s Chris Itule. (Source)
