    Awards & Accolades

    1. It was recently announced that Rose Law Group is “metro ranked” for both Construction Law and Commercial Litigationin Best Law Firms® Fourteenth Edition.

    2. Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter announced the pinning of five new Certified Commercial Investment Members. Elaina Elliott of Larsen Baker, Jake Arnold of Arnold Real Estate Network, Robert Motz of Tucson Federal Credit Union, Omer Kreso of Realty Executive Arizona Territory and Ted Herman of Larsen Baker were the recipients.

    3. Carol Stewart has been elected VP for the volunteer board of directors for the University Economic Development Association. With the appointment, she leads Tech Parks Arizona, the University of Arizona’s technology parks and business incubator network.

    4. Carrie Kelly, managing director of the Site Selectors Guild, has launched a full-service nonprofit and association management firm: Pick It Up! Management & Consulting. She serves as Founder and CEO.

    5. Vensure Employer Solutions has completed the move into their new headquarters, a three-story, 50KSF office space in Chandler’s Price Corridor. The new building resides in Allred Park Place and will accommodate 800 workers.

    6. Jaye O’Donnell has been named director of Mesa’s Office of Economic Development. A Mesa employee for 14 years, O’Donnell most recently served as Assistant Economic Development Director.

    7. Hayley McIver of DCS Contracting was promoted to Purchasing & Contract Manager.

    8. BRPH has hired Patrick Durkin as Western Regional Market Leader.

    9. Sundt Construction has hired Bob Dickey as Project Executive for the Industrial Group in Tucson.

    10. Mark Atherstone has joined HVAC efficiency company ECM Technologies as Chief Distribution Officer.

    11. Phoenix retail brokerage Western Retail Advisors has hired Darrell Deshaw as VP and Rachel Bliss as Senior Associate.

    12. NAI Horizon announced the addition of Gabe Graumann as VP. Graumann is licensed both in Washington and Arizona and will work from the company’s Phoenix office.

    13. Joe Contadino filled the vacancy on the Paradise Valley Board of Adjustment after Robert Brown was appointed to the Planning Commission.

    14.Irwin Construction has hired Shane Strahl as Senior Project Manager and Joseph Priorello as Project Manager.

    15. Catherine Wetta has joined Clune Construction as Director of Business Development in the firm’s Phoenix office.

    16. Betsy Maddox has joined Shepley Bulfinch as Business Development Manager.

    17. Krystal Carraway has joined The Weitz Company to serve as Business Development Manager in the firm’s Southwest office.

    18. Ferlicia Lai has been hired to serve as Senior Accountant at Evergreen Devco.
