    3. Phoenix Theatre Company announced it will begin construction in August on the $30M expansion of its Hormel Theatre space. The project will double available seating from 250 seats to 500. Completion is expected at the end of 2024, with a grand opening planned for spring 2025.

    5. The Sonoran Desert Parkway road project in Maricopa is expected to finish in late summer or early fall. The Santa Rosa Wash Bridge has been paved, with one lane in each direction to the north. • The continuous pour slab is in place at the Municipal Court Building and wall support beams will be going in soon.
