Sales Transactions
1. CBRE‘s Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch, Sean Cunningham and Austin Groen arranged the $62.75M sale of the Parc Tolleson multifamily community in Tolleson. Millburn & Company purchased the property from Evergreen Devo, Inc. Additionally, CBRE’s Trevor Breaux and Troy Tegeler secured the funding for the purchase.
2. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the $16.5M sale of 1002 S. 54th Ave., a 94KSF industrial building in Phoenix. Will Strong, Foster Bundy and Katie Repine of Cushman & Wakefield and Anne Josephson of KBC Advisors represented the seller, Stos Partners. ViaWest Group was the buyer. Copper State Bolt & Nut Company leases the property.
3. Jeffrey Garza Walker of NAI Horizon represented the buyer, Glez C Properties, LLC, in the $9.5M closing of 10857 N. 95 Ave., a nearly 200KSF industrial building in Peoria. Chris Finn was the seller.
4. Hinkson Company, LLC has bought the vacant 15.5-acre, 221.3KSF Casa Grande Mall retail center at Florence Blvd. and Colorado Street in Casa Grande for $7.6M. The purchase was brokered by SRS Real Estate.
5. Block “C” Properties LLC purchased 24.9KSF of industrial space currently leased to Horizon Spa & Pool Parts at 3120 E. Medina Rd. (Lots 42, 43, 45, 46 of Airport Commerce Center), in Tucson, from GLRT Properties, LLC for $3.8M. Stephen D. Cohen with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer. Gary Emerson with GRE Partners, LLC represented the seller.
6. Jason Punzel, Nick Cacciabando, Ryan Saul and Brad Goodsell of Senior Living Investment Brokerage negotiated the sale of North Chandler Place, a 198-unit senior housing in Chandler. Buyer, seller and price details were not disclosed.
Lease Transactions
7. PulteGroup Inc. has leased two properties totaling 84KSF in Phoenix. PulteGroup leased the first 50KSF at Axis Raintree, a 175KSF office building developed by Trammel Crow Co. and PGIM Real Estate. The remaining 34KSF was leased at Tempe Gateway, owned by Cousins Properties. Bryan Taute and Spencer Nast of CBRE Group Inc. were the leasing brokers for both buildings.
8. Round1 Bowling & Arcade has leased 65KSF at the Macerich-owned Chandler Fashion Center. Round1 will open a new entertainment outlet in the space following tenant improvements. No opening date was provided.
9. JPMorgan Chase will co-locate its Private Bank and Commercial Banking teams into a 23KSF space in The Grove office development at 4300 E. Camelback Road.
