    Sales Transactions 

    1. An entity of Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. has purchased 167.08 acres at 1802 S. Verrado Way, Buckeye, from the Van Leeuwen family for $17.2M in an all-cash transaction. The seller was represented by Greg Vogel, Bret Rinehart, Ryan Semro, Ben Heglie, Wes Campbell and Max Xander of Land Advisors Organization. 

    2. 8500 S Rita Road LLC purchased a 116.9KSF industrial building at 8500 S. Rita Road in Tucson from Mithril Real Property, Inc. for $13M. Robert C. Glaser and Jesse Blum with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller. Gary Emerson with GRE Partners, LLC and Robert Cohen with Newmark Knight Frank represented the buyer. 

    3. ABI Multifamily announced the $10.85M sale of Stapley Place Apartments, a 46-unit multifamily apartment community in Mesa. ABI’s Carson Griesemer, Dallin Hammond, and Mitchell Drake represented the seller. Both the buyer and seller are based in Arizona. 

    4. STORE Capital Corporation bought the 35KSF KVOA TV Studios building at 209 W. Elm St., Tucson for $10.8M in a sale-leaseback arrangement. The station will continue to be occupied and operated by Allen Media Group. 

    5. Diversified Partners has sold a Red Robin restaurant in the En Fuego retail center at Glendale and 91st avenues for $3M. The buyer was 12251 Ventura Blvd LLC. The transaction was negotiated by Diversified’s Marti Weinstein and Emma Barreca.  

    Lease Transactions 

    6. The Officer Tatum, LLC has leased approximately 12.7KSF of space at Verde Grove at DC Ranch Corporate Industrial Center, 9220 E. Verde Grove View, Scottsdale. Greg Hopley and Dillon Hopley with Colliers in Arizona represented both The Officer Tatum LLC and landlord 9220 VGV, LLC. 

    7. And Go Concepts, LLC, dba Salad and Go, leased 25KSF at the SWC of 1st Ave. and Limberlost Drive in Tucson from First & Limberlost Plaza, LLC. Dave Hammack with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the tenant. Rick Borane and David Volk with Volk Company represented the landlord.
