Sales Transactions
1. PaulsCorp has sold three Phoenix area apartments to Tides Equities. No financial details were disclosed in the announcement by Colliers in Arizona, but CoStar reported a transaction volume of $95M. The properties were:
- Red Sage, 156 units, Phoenix;
- The Perry, 148 units, Glendale;
- Serena Park, 141 units, Glendale.
PaulsCorp was represented by Brad Cooke, Cindy Cooke, Matt Roach and Chris Roach of Colliers in Arizona.
2. Taylor Street Advisors announced the $11M sale of Aspen Cove Apartments, a 59-unit garden-style community in Payson. The seller was a private investment group, and the buyer was a 1031 Exchange investor. Both were represented by TSA’s Brian Tranetzki, Anton Laakso and Tom Beniamen.
3. Gilda Jill Theis recently sold four Tucson bowling alleys she owned to Triple Shift Entertainment for $9.62M. The portfolio consists of: Fiesta Lanes, 40 lanes, $3.12M; Lucky Strike, 32 lanes, $2.18M; Cactus Bowl Lanes, 32 lanes, $2.46M; and Tucson Bowl, 24 lanes, $1.87M.
Lease Transactions
4. Pima County leased a 65.25KSF industrial building at 1150 W. Drexel Road in Tucson from EMS Leasing Company, LLC. Paul Hooker and Robert C. Glaser with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.
