The award is given each year by the Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. The project’s purpose was to upgrade the City of Phoenix’s drinking water delivery system. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $38M sale of Koll Cotton Center, a portfolio of seven renovated light industrial buildings totaling 228.6KSF in Phoenix. Dominium is planning a 215-unit Build-to-Rent community near the new Home Depot store on Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Stonegate Road in Maricopa. Maricopa Stonegate would feature two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 960SF-1,360SF. Dominium submitted pre-application materials earlier this month. The Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission has voted to recommend approval for a rezoning, preliminary development plan and preliminary plat for two adjacent industrial projects on 85 acres near Ryan Road and Arizona Avenue.
