A new 24.9-acre, two-building technology campus has been proposed in the Mesa Elliot Technology Park near Ellsworth and Elliot roads in Mesa.
While specifics on the plan are still scarce at this stage, a project proposal was filed by C&H Associates LLC on behalf of G. AI Solutions LLC, which appears to tie back to a Singapore address.
The plan details call for the development of the two buildings in separate phases. Phase I would construct Building A, planned for two stories and a total of 320KSF. Space would be divided into 288KSF for “computer uses” and 32KSF for office space.
Phase II would create a three-story, 330KSF Building B with 297KSF for computer uses and 33KSF for office.
A switch yard and electrical transformer would be constructed between the two buildings as part of Phase I.
The site is owned by Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. Neither representatives of SIHI nor Mesa’s economic development staff would provide additional details on the development plan. (Source)
