Awards & Accolades
1. Crystal Rubin of Avenue Consultants has been named the 2024 WTS Metro Phoenix Member of the Year. She currently serves on the chapter Board of Directors as Business Development Director. Thanks to her efforts, the chapter has raised tens of thousands of dollars for scholarships in the past two years.
2. The National Utility Contractors Association has awarded Yvonne Bland of Core & Main LP their “NUCA Associate Member of the Year” Award, honoring her work on behalf of the industry. Bland has worked for NUCA National Partner Core & Main for more than 36 years. She currently serves as VP of Sales and Business Development.
Promotions
3. Adaptive Architects recently promoted two team leaders to Principal. Christine Naiman has been named Principal/Lead Designer and brings more than a decade of architectural design and project management experience to the position. Eric DiBella has been promoted to Principal/BIM Manager. DiBella has been with the firm for nine years and has been involved in successfully completing numerous projects.

4. NexMetro Communities has added investment professional Greg Fedorinchik to its team to serve as Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets. Fedorinchik has spent the bulk of his 30-year career leading both investment and client-facing teams focused on alternative investments and global asset allocation strategies.
