According to pre-application documents filed with the City of Maricopa, the Smith Family has plans to sell more than 420 acres of agricultural land at the NEC of Porter and Steen roads for a new subdivision.
Stagecoach Springs at Smith Farms would place approximately 1,100 single-family homes on 300 acres and up to 990 multifamily units on 41 acres. Trails and park space would occupy more than 150 acres surrounding the property.
