Mayo Boulevard, Phoenix, for $122.5M.ย Institutional Property Advisorsย agents Steveย Gebingย and Cliff David represented the seller,ย JLB Partners, and buyer.ย It was the largest multifamily transaction in 2020.ย
3. Sunroadย Enterprisesย acquiredย Pillar at Taviano, a 24-building, 346-unit multifamily property at 875 W. Pecos Road, Chandler, for $84M. The seller wasย Private Portfolio Group,ย and the community has been renamedย Lazo.ย
4. B2 Holdings, LLCย purchasedย 10-acre propertyย leased toย Targetย andย US Bankย atย 1800 & 1818 East Baseline Road, Tempe, for $14.45M.ย Joseph Compagno ofย CBRE‘s Net Lease Property Group in Phoenix represented both theย undisclosed Florida-based seller and the buyer.ย
5. Oversteetย Project, LLCย purchasedย Overstreet, a 31.8KSF, fully leased, Class A mixed-use office/retail development at 140 N. Arizona Avenue, Chandler, for $12.3M. Bentley Legacy Holdings, LLCย purchasedย The Poco Diablo Resort, a 137-unit hotel atย 1752 AZ Highway 179,ย Sedona, for an undisclosed price.ย Jon Grantham, James Meng, Mike Montoya, Ryan Wall and Phil Breidenbachย withย Colliers Internationalย in Arizonaย represented the seller,ย the Fort McDowell-Yavapai Nation. The buyer was self-represented. The buyer plans to renovate the property and has engagedย Aimbridge Hospitalityย as the manager.ย
7. Symmetry Companies,ย in partnership withย Capstone Homes,ย has securedย 400 acresย in Flagstaffย for $10.5M,ย as part of anย Arizona State Land Departmentย auction held late last month.ย Don Cardon, CEO of theย Cardon Development Group, offered strategic support for the purchase, while Jim Adams, ofย JL Adams and Associatesย brokered the transaction.ย

Elliot West Hospitality, LLCย purchased the aging 139-unitย Days Innย hotelย locatedย one block west of Interstate 10ย in Tempe for approximately $8M.ย Zack Mishkin, Senior Vice President atย ORION Investment Real Estateย represented the buyer and seller,ย Tempe Hotel Group, LLCย in theย lease-sale optionย structured transaction.ย The buyer plans to renovate the hotel.ย
9. Larsen Baker, through its affiliateย Skyline Encantada Investors, LLC, has acquired the office buildings atย 6041 N. Campbell Avenue, Tucson, for $3.55M.ย Larsen Baker will redevelop the 1980โs era buildings into new high-end office space calledย skyCAM.ย

11. Miracrestย Associatesย acquired a newly renovated, 2.4KSF, single-tenant retail asset at 4302 W. McDowell Road, Phoenix, for $2.44M. The seller wasย MCR 4302, LLC, and was represented by Chris Hollenbeck ofย Cushman & Wakefield. The building was fully leased toย PLS Financial Services.ย

12. Cushman & Wakefieldย announced the signing of a full-building tenant of 146KSF at theย Chandler Tech Center,ย 305 N. 54th Street. The tenant is a locally based leading supplier of communications equipment. The Chandler Tech Center is a Class A property owned byย Phoenix Industrial Investment Partners. James Harper and Pete Klees with Cushman & Wakefieldโs Phoenix office represented the landlord. Rick Collins and Steve Larsen ofย JLLย represented the tenant.ย
13. RED Developmentย announced two additional tenants opening atย CityScapeย Phoenix.ย 810 Billiards & Bowlingย is slated to open in spring 2021 within theย 28KSFย space above theย CVS Drugstoreย andย The Yard Milkshake Barย will open within the 2.3KSFย space next toย Chico Maloย and CVS Drugstore in February 2021.ย
