Commercial cooler and freezer manufacturer Imperial Brown will open its fourth Tucson-area plant in a 99KSF speculative industrial building planned for the Tucson Airport Distribution Center in 2023.
The plant at Medina Road and Brosius Avenue will have truck courts with trailer storage, 32-foot clear height and 105 parking spaces. The building is being developed with Harsch Investment Properties. VLMK Engineering + Design is the architect, and Chasse Building Team serves as general contractor. (Source)
