The first project under consideration is known as FLATZ 387. Developer Z Modular has selected STG Design as the project architect. No general contractor or construction timeline have been announced.
The second development is a rezoning request from Maximillian Investment Company to change 18.5 acres at the SWC of Kadota Avenue and Rodeo Road from Urban Ranch to Planned Area Development to develop Prestige Casa Grande, a 190-unit Build-to-Rent community. No design firm, general contractor or construction timeline information has been released.
Lastly, the Commission will consider a request from Westates for a major site plan for a 120-unit multifamily development known as The Lofts @ G-Diamond on 10.2 acres at Korsten Road and Colorado Street.
