Giving Back
1. Sundt Construction donated $121,480 to St. Mary’s Food Bank through the company’s annual holiday campaign. These funds will help supply more than 600K meals.
2. The Arizona Builders Alliance is hosting the 14th Annual ABA Community Service Board’s 2023 Toy Drive to help bring joy and hope to more than 2,000 underprivileged children. Approximately 150 construction companies, including Rosendin, McCarthy Building Companies, Lloyd Construction, JE Dunn Construction and TDIndustries are participating in the event. Toys will be distributed Dec. 18.

3. The CCIM Institute Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, announced its 2024 board of directors. Craig Finfrock, managing director and designated broker at Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC, will serve as a board member.

4. US LBM acquired Arizona truss manufacturer Holderness Supplies, a manufacturer of floor and roof trusses and distributor of specialty lumber, framing materials and engineered wood products with an 11-acre facility in Tucson. This will become the eighth US LBM component manufacturing location in Arizona.
5. Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International announced the opening of its new management office in Casa Grande. The new office will serve Pinal County and Tucson and will provide services to commercial property owners and investors, including property management, leasing, site selection and sales. The new CPI office will be managed by Vickie Kuchinski.

6. Quarles & Brady announced Diane Haller will become National Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, with current Chair Mary Ann Murray joining Quarles’ executive committee. Eric Wanner will assume the role of National Vice Chair. Haller and Wanner are based in Phoenix.

9. Amy Cotner has been hired as Sundt Construction’s newest Project Manager in Tucson.
10. The City of Winslow announced the hiring of Jack Fitchett as the new Economic Development Director. Fitchett will focus on housing, business attraction and business retention & expansion.
11. Brandi Monroy has been hired at the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona to serve as ASA AZ’s newest Membership Specialist.
