Awards & Accolades
1. Michael Pollack has been awarded the prestigious Mayor’s Cup Award from the City of Chandler, as well as a commendation from former Governor Doug Ducey, Mayor Kate Gallego, Mayor Kevin Hartke and Mayor Jerry Weiers congratulating him for 50 years of contributions to the Valley.
2. The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has honored the Arizona Department of Transportation’s work with minority- and women-owned businesses. ADOT has been inducted into the organization’s Arizona Million Dollar Circle of Excellence. During a one-year period that ended March 31 of this year, ADOT contracts with disadvantaged business enterprises totaled nearly $100M.
3. Jordan Rose, Founder and President of Rose Law Group, has been announced as the recipient of The Full Circle Award of Excellence and Innovation. The award will be officially presented at The Be Kind People Project’s Full Circle Gala on December 2, 2023, at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.

4. Andrew Abernathey of Abernathey Holdings plans to develop 10 new self-storage facilities in Phoenix with a goal to open a new facility every month by 2026 with a size of 100KSF – 130KSF at a cost of about $16M each. They will be managed by Public Storage.
5. Clear Title Agency of Arizona has agreed to acquire the operating assets of First Arizona Title. Clear Title will add four branch locations and 1,000 customer accounts.

6. David Dickson has been named Director of U.S. Industrial for Hopewell Development LP. He will primarily be responsible for leasing of the firm’s growing U.S. industrial footprint.
