Groundbreakings
1. Findlay Motor Company in Bullhead City recently held a groundbreaking for a 17KSF expansion of its location on Laughlin View Drive. The warehouse facility will feature 12 service stalls, a second floor mezzanine, electric vehicle charging stations, a car wash, and 4.5KSF of parts storage.

2. After officially breaking ground on the brand new 673KSF, 10-story Valleywise Health Medical Center on Feb. 26, 2020, the public teaching health system is proud to announce the countdown to the grand opening in October. Constructed by Kitchell, the building is 75% complete and on budget. The exteriors and infrastructure (power, water, HVAC, medical gasses, etc.) are nearly complete and final trim for the mechanical, plumbing and electrical work is ongoing. In addition to the new Valleywise Health Medical Center, construction of The Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust Pavilion is well underway. The Piper Pavilion will serve as a new learning and teaching hub with clinical education housed on three dedicated floors of the six-story facility, in addition to administrative services and community meeting space for up to 300.
3. Construction of a new $4.4M, 15KSF community room is ongoing at Grace Church in Chino Valley, with completion targeted for next winter. At buildout, the multipurpose space will be able to seat 750 for meals and accommodate 400 for events. Plans include a commercial kitchen, full-size basketball court and concert space.

4. Mark-Taylor Communities has announced the grand opening of San Bellara, a 180-unit apartment community in north Scottsdale near the Scottsdale Quarter. San Bellara homes come with a gourmet kitchen, private patio or balcony, designer-grade finishes, and one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartment options.
5. W.E. O’Neil Construction announced the completion of the Capri Eddy Hotel in Tucson. The new 68KSF boutique hotel designed by JRA Architects is part of the exclusive Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
6. WaterWalk recently introduced its first-ever next-generation extended-stay property, the 126-room WaterWalk Phoenix North Happy Valley, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration on Feb. 22. As part of the celebration, WaterWalk presented a $5K donation to Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona.
