    2. McCarthy Building Companies Inc. recently celebrated the beginning of construction on its new, 40KSF, two-story, multi-functional Innovation and Craft Workforce Center (ICWC) with a wall-breaking ceremony on July 22nd. The facility is expected to open in January 2022.

    3. Hubbard Street Group and Cresset Real Estate Partners broke ground on the 26-floor, 309-unit Skye on 6th multifamily development at the SEC of 6th and Garfield Streets in Downtown Phoenix.
